For more than 135 years, six generations of the Stojanović family have nurtured recipes of authentic dry cured meat delicacies with a recognizable aroma. As in the past, so today, quality and authenticity require time, which we do not waste. Smoking process over the beech wood and drying in the fresh mountain winds from the Carpathians, the Mediterranean and the Alps, which meet on our Zlatibor, last from several weeks to several months. Just as an authentic recipe requires.

We are aware that our products are not only delicious specialties, but they are also gastronomic souvenirs too, an important part of culture of the region which we come from, and we believe that it is our duty to preserve uniqueness and tradition, with undisputable compliance with all modern quality standards. We received recipes and skills from our ancestors, and from nature the best conditions for drying meat, this is our greatest treasure to share with you, within each of our products.
