Product with excellent taste of lightly smoked high quality beef that is characterized for long cut strips and soft meat from the whole muscle, which is, according to the tradition, kept in brine, then smoked and dried at the fresh Zlatibor air and beech wood – method that is used for more than 130 years and it is unique for the most famous Serbian air resort – Zlatibor Mountain.
Sensory characteristics: This product has consistent shape and it is made out of meat from the backside (ramp steak meat), with neatly cut edges and clean and dry surface. It has stable color; with dark-red color of the surface and red color on cross sections, this product has very pleasant and distinct aroma and taste. Products must be stored at +2 °C to +10 °C, in clean and dry places, in original packaging on pallets, protected from light and humidity.
