Zlatiborac

Pork cracklings are a dish obtained from pork meat and are often present on the Serbian dining table. They can be served as a starter or as a side-dish. Products must be stored at +2 °C to +10 °C, in clean and dry places, in original packaging on pallets, protected from light and humidity.

Sensory characteristics: Pleasant taste and smell which is typical for fresh pork cracklings.

Ingredients: Pork meat, fatty tissue, kitchen salt.
