Preparation: Cook the rice in a greater volume of salted water. Then drain it and leave it to cool. Grate the cheese and finely chop the Zlatiborac budim sausage. Form a small ball out of Zlatiborac budim sausage and cheese, cover it with rice and make a bigger ball. Or you can form a ball out of rice and squeeze in the mixture of cheese and Zlatiborac budim sausage into it.
Coat prepared balls with flour, dip them in eggs and lastly coat them with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry them in a well-heated oil. Serve these breaded balls while hot.
