Breaded turkey fillet stuffed with Zlatiborac smoked pork tenderloin and kashkaval cheese

Preparation: 1. Using a meat mallet flatten the meat into steaks on a working board. Put Zlatiborac smoked pork tenderloin and cheese on the center of a steak. Overlap the steak and form meat medallions.
2. Whisk the egg. Coat prepared medallions with flour, dip them in eggs and lastly coat them with breadcrumbs. Repeat the procedure of dipping the medallions into the egg and coating them with breadcrumbs, to prevent the cheese from leaking out.
3. Deep fry prepared meat over a medium-high heat until golden brown.
4. Fry zucchini, red pepper, leeks and cherry tomatoes in a small quantity of olive oil. When the vegetables are done combine them with rocket, season with salt and some olive oil if necessary.
5. Serve the meat and the side dish with lemon and tartar sauce.
