Burger with Zlatiborac thin bacon
Preparation:
Mix the bread crust with sparkling water and milk and mash in to the compact mass with hands. Add the minced meat and salt and blend it well. Form the burger, grill it or bake it in the grilling pan and then put the cheese on top of it. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and finely chopped garlic. Put a small quantity of prepared sauce on the burger bun, add lettuce, tomato, prepared burger with cheese, onion and grilled Zlatiborac thin bacon.
Advice: Serve French fries and the rest of the prepared sauce with the burger. As it is a beef burger, gastronomes can leave a burger raw in the middle.
