Caesar salad with Zlatiborac thin bacon
Preparation:
1. Roast Zlatiborac thin bacon and chicken fillet in a grill pan. Combine caper, mayonnaise, anchovies and ½ of garlic clove in a blender and mix together to get the compact mixture.
2. Fry the toast bread cut into slices in well heated olive oil with a clove of garlic. After the frying remove the garlic and leave the croutons aside to cool.
3. Wash the rocket and lettuce well and mix them in a bowl. Add prepared dressing, a dash of salt and croutons. Mix everything well and serve on a plate. Cut the chicken into strips and put it on top of the salad. Next, add Zlatoborac thin bacon and thinly sliced parmesan.
