Soak the rocket in cold water and leave it for 5-10 minutes to rest. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices of approximately same thickness. Blend pesto and olive oil in a small bowl and mix them well. Take the rocket out of the water and dry it with a paper towel.
Arrange rocket, tomatoes, mozzarella and Zlatiborac royal salami on a platter. Next, season with prepared dressing and salt, to taste. Garnish the salad with fresh basil leaves.
