  • 200 g of Zlatiborac smoked pork tenderloin
  • 200 g of penne pasta
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of fresh spinach
  • 100 g of black olives
  • 100 g of champignons
  • 5 eggs
  • 40 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 0.03 l of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation: Whisk 5 eggs in a deep bowl. Afterward add chopped cherry tomatoes, red pepper, fresh spinach, onion, olives, champignons, garlic and Zlatiborac smoked pork tenderloin. Season everything with salt and stir. Cook the pasta and add it in a bowl with prepared ingredients. Stir everything.
Coat a baking dish with some olive oil and pour prepared ingredients. Sprinkle everything heavily with parmesan cheese. Put the dish in a preheated to 210°C oven and bake it for 30-40 minutes.
