Form the medallions out of fillet and wrap them with Zlatiborac thin bacon. Salt them and grill them in a grilling pan with some oil. Grill the medallions at medium high heat for 5-6 minutes on both sides. Melt the sugar and butter and add currents and orange juice. Smash the currents with fork and cook slowly for couple of minutes, to the desired density. Strain the prepared sauce through the strainer. Arrange the medallions with currant sauce and garnish as you wish.
Serve the polenta and grilled zucchini with medallions and decorate prepared dish with currents.
