Grandma’s pie with Zlatiborac farmhouse salami

Preparation: 1. Squish the cheese in a deep bowl; add eggs, clotted cream, salt, mineral water and one deciliter of oil. Mix everything well.
2. Grease the baking dish with one half of the remaining oil. Cover the bottom and sides of the baking dish with three to four pie crusts. Ensure that ends of the crusts are left hanging from the edges of the baking dish.
3. Leave two crusts aside. Take one of the remaining crusts, rumple it, dip it into the filling and place it in a baking dish. Do the same with other remaining crusts. When you finish, fold the crusts that are “hanging” from the dish and “tuck” the pie with them. Cover the pie with two crusts that were left aside. Brush the top of the pie with remaining oil.
4. Preheat oven to 190°C and bake the pie for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown. When the pie is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle it with few drops of cold water. Cover it with clean cloth and leave it for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve Zlatiborac farmhouse salami with Grandma’s pie.
