Preparation: Grate the cheese and mix it with dried chives. Insert the knife at the thicker edge of the fillet and slowly cut the meat in order to create a “pocket” in which you will add Zlatiborac dry pork neck and mixture of cheese and chives. Close the pocket with toothpicks. After that season the meat and grill it on a grilling pan or fry it using just a little oil.
