Leek potage with Zlatiborac thin bacon

Preparation: Cut the bread into cubes and fry them in a little oil until they become crispy. Take them out on a paper towel and leave them to drain. Repeat the same procedure with Zlatiborac thin bacon.
Heat the oil in a medium sized pot over medium heat and fry the leeks that were previously cut into rings. Then add water and potatoes cut into cubes. Spice up the soup with salt and pepper and cook it for another 20-25 minutes. After that purée the soup using a hand blender. If the soup is too dense add some water. Check the taste and season if needed.
Serve the potage and put prepared croutons and Zlatiborac thin bacon on top.
