Peppers stuffed with potatoes, leeks and Zlatiborac smoked beef ham

Preparation: 1. Peel the potatoes and grate them using the large holes of a grater. Cut the leeks into thin slices. Braise potato and leeks in some oil, until soft, stirring constantly. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Cut Zlatiborac smoked beef ham into smaller pieces and add to prepared mixture of potatoes and leeks. Stuff fresh peppers with the stuffing and use slices of fresh tomato to cover the filling.
2. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and add water, oil and tomato juice. Season again with salt and pepper.
3. Preheat oven to 190°C and bake stuffed peppers for about 30 minutes. Serve hot and top with remaining tomato sauce.
