Preparation: Using a cooking pot, fry chicken legs in oil over medium-high heat. Then add finely chopped onions, carrot, mushrooms and Zlatiborac dry pork neck. Salt everything and mix well. Cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes, i.e. until vegetables become soft. Then add the rice and water and stir everything gently. Cover the pot and cook until it boils. Next, check the taste, season with spices and turn down the heat to the minimum. Leave the covered pot to simmer until all liquid evaporates. If desired, bake the dish in well preheated oven. When serving, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped parsley.
