Pizza ‘bianca’ with Zlatiborac chicken delicacy salami

Preparation: Stir the yeast in water with added sugar and leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes to rise. After that, combine flour, salt, oil and the water with yeast in the bowl. Then knead the dough enough to be soft on touch and not to stick to the bowl. Add some flour or water, if necessary. Cover prepared dough with clean cloth and leave it to rise for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, knead the dough again and roll it finely with rolling pin. Grease the baking dish with oil and put the prepared dough in it. Arrange pieces of mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, chopped champignons and Zlatiborac chicken delicacy salami on dough. Preheat oven to 200 C0 and bake the pizza for about 25-30 minutes. When the pizza is done, add rocket and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and oregano.
