  • 100 g of Zlatiborac thin bacon
  • 200 g of polenta
  • 30 g of butter
  • 0.5 l of water
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Some oil

Preparation: Put water, salt and butter in a medium sized pot and heat over medium-high heat until the water boils. Stir the water using a wire whip while slowly adding polenta. Continue stirring constantly and cook for the next few minutes. Fry Zlatiborac thin bacon and finely chopped onion in a pan, using just small amount of oil.
When polenta is ready, serve it and pour fried Zlatiborac thin bacon and garlic over it.
