Preparation:
Put water, salt and butter in a medium sized pot and heat over medium-high heat until the water boils. Stir the water using a wire whip while slowly adding polenta. Continue stirring constantly and cook for the next few minutes. Fry Zlatiborac thin bacon and finely chopped onion in a pan, using just small amount of oil.
