  • 20 g of butter
  • ½ tablespoon of brown sugar
  • Some chicory leaves
  • 40 g of blue cheese
  • 50 ml of double cream
  • Few walnuts
  • Juice of ½ orange

Preparation: Cut the pear into four slices and remove the seeds. Melt the butter and sugar in the pan at medium high heat and add prepared pears, walnuts and orange juice. Sautee everything for 3 to 4 minutes until pears become softer. Leave the prepared pears aside to cool. Melt one half of the cheese in cream and cook the sauce for 2 to 3 minutes until it starts to thicken. Leave it aside to cool as well. Arrange the chicory leaves, Zlatiborac smoked beef rump-steak, prepared vegetables and slices of blue cheese. Pure the prepared sauce over everything.
