  • 200 g of beef fillet (steak)
  • 50 g of fresh porcini mushrooms
  • 50 g of rice
  • 1 crouton
  • ¼ of onion
  • ½ teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • 100 ml of cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Aceto glaze, for decoration (Cream made out of Balsamico vinegar)
  • Some rocket

Preparation: Fry finely chopped onion on some oil. Add chopped porcini mushrooms and cook them slowly until they get soft. Add cooking cream and mustard and cook the sauce slowly until it gets thicker. Season it with salt and pepper and leave it aside. Fry Zlatiborac thin bacon and crouton on the grilling pan and put them a side as well. Boil the rice in salted water and drain it. Form the steak out of beef fillet, then add salt and pepper. Heat the grilling pan well and grill the steak on both sides. It would be best if the central part of the steak remains raw. Medium rare steak, which is 5 cm thick, needs to be grilled for 5 minutes on each side. Decorate the plate with Balsamico Cream. Form the rice into the shape of the steak, put baked crouton on it, add the steak and pure everything with prepared sauce. Decorate the dish with crispy Zlatiborac thin bacon and rocket.
