Salad with rolled turkey fillet and Zlatiborac farmhouse paprika flavored beef sausage
Preparation:
1. Using a meat mallet flatten the fillet into the steak. Season with salt and spread slices of Zlatiborac farmhouse paprika flavored beef sausage on top of the steak. Carefully roll everything to the form of a cylinder. Wrap prepared meat in aluminum foil so that it resembles a wrapped candy. Fry in a frying pan using just a small amount of oil, or bake in the oven with foil. When the meat is done (after 15-20 minutes), remove it from the foil and cut it into slices.
2. Wash the lettuce and apple. Chop the lettuce and cut the apple into sticks.
3. Combine honey, lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl. Stir everything well.
4. Arrange lettuce and apple on a plate. Put slices of meat on top and season everything with prepared dressing.
