Saltimbocca with Zlatiborac smoked pork ham

Preparation: Pound the meat using a meat mallet and spice it with salt and pepper. Using a toothpick attach pieces of Zlatiborac smoked pork ham to the steaks. Coat with flour just the side of the steak that does not have ham on it and put it in a pan with hot oil to fry. After 6-7 minutes flip the steaks and fry the other side. Then pour the white wine and water. Add sage leaves and if necessary salt and pepper and leave it to simmer until the meat gets tender and sauce thicker.
Serve prepared meal with desired side dish, such as mashed potatoes.
