  • 200 g of puff pastry
  • 100 g of sesame
  • 100 g of poppy
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 300 ml of yoghourt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 yolk
  • Some flour

Preparation: Sprinkle the working surface with flour and flatten the puff pastry. Glaze one side of the pastry with yolk and besprinkle with poppy. After that, glaze the other side of the pastry and besprinkle with sesame. Cut the pastry into sticks. While holding both ends of the stick twist the pastry into the spiral form and put it in the baking dish, covered with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 190 C0 and bake the sticks approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Cut the cucumbers in 20 identical ribbons and the rest of them blend with yoghourt, garlic and oregano in blender. Fill the small glasses (shots) with prepared sauce, pastry sticks and cucumbers and decorate edges of glasses with Zlatiborac chicken delicacy salami.
