  • 2 onions
  • 2 fresh peppers
  • ½ teaspoon of spicy paprika
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Some oil

Preparation: Soak the tomatoes in boiling water and cook them for just one minute. Remove them from water. Peal the tomatoes and slice them into smaller pieces.
Dice onions and peppers. Warm the oil in a smaller pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers and salt everything. Cook the vegetables until onion turns golden-brownish, stirring often. Then add the tomatoes and spicy paprika and keep cooking until most of the tomato liquid evaporates. After that add the egg and Zlatiborac srem sausage and stir for a minute or two. Try the dish and season if necessary.
