Preparation: Boil the water. Separate egg whites and salt them. Put some water in a ladle, pour egg whites in it and place the ladle slowly in boiling water. Leave for 6 minutes in order to hard boil the egg whites in one piece. Remove from the water and cut into sticks (0.5 x 0.5 x 4cm).
Fry Zlatiborac bacon, add Zlatiborac smoked dry beef sausage on top and fry on each side until crispy. Remove bacon and sausage from the skillet, add sunflower oil and fry okra, finely cut onions, pepper, eggplant and tomato previously cut into sticks approximately the same size as egg whites. When vegetables get tender pour in the red wine and add sliced sausage and bacon. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes or until half of the wine evaporates. Combine with egg whites and place in a baking dish. Grate the cheese on top and bake for 7 minutes at 200 degrees.
