  • 50 g of Zlatiborac dry pork neck
  • 50 g of Gouda cheese
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Some oil

Preparation: 1. Using a meat mallet pound the pork fillet into a steak that is 30x20 cm long. Season it with salt and place cheese and roasted pepper in the middle. Carefully fold sides of the steak and then roll into a rectangle that is approximately 25x6 cm long. Grill prepared meat on each side or fry in some oil.
2. Stuffed pork fillet can be served with grilled zucchini or seasonal salad.
