Tortilla sandwitch with Zlatiborac chicken sausage

Preparation: Stir the yeast in water with added sugar and leave it for 15 minutes in order to initiate yeast fermentation. Join the flour, salt, oil and water in the bowl with yeast and knead the dough which is soft on touch. Leave it for 30 minutes to grow. After that, knead the dough again and divide it into two equal parts. Form the balls out of the dough and roll them with rolling pin into circles, which are 20-25 cm wide in diameter. Bake the dough in a frying pan on both sides at medium heat. Cut the vegetables in slices, mix them with Zlatiborac chicken sausage and sour cream and stir everything well. Fill obtained pastry „tortillas“ with prepared mixture and fold them.
