  • 80 g of Zlatiborac beef chili sausage
  • 60 g of chicken breasts
  • 50 g of fresh pepper
  • 40 g of red onions
  • 0.2 dl of whipping cream
  • 40 g of mushrooms
  • 5 g of garlic
  • 5 g of mustard
  • 50 g of pelati tomatoes (peeled tomatoes)
  • 2 g of salt
  • 2 g of pepper
  • 0.02 dl of olive oil

Preparation: Cut Zlatiborac beef chili sausage and chicken into cubes that are about 1 cm long. Cut red onions into thin wedges, pepper into sticks of approximately the same thickness, garlic into thin leaves and mushrooms in halves (if mushrooms are large cut them into quarters). Squish the pelati tomatoes in a small bowl.
Fry chicken and Zlatiborac beef chili sausage in a skillet in heated olive oil, until browned. Add red onions and pepper and fry until vegetables get soft. Then add garlic leaves, wait for a few seconds and add mushrooms. Let the juices and flavors unite and add tomatoes and whipping cream. Mix everything well, salt and add mustard. Ragout is done in a couple of minutes, i.e. when it gets the density of a sauce.
Zaltiborac beef chili sausage Ragout can be served with different side dishes – from rice and pasta, to potatoes and vegetables.
